We hope that you will love everything you buy from us, however if this is not the case, you can return unopened and unused items in the original packaging within 14 days (7 days for international customers) of the date on the despatch note. If 14 days (7 days for international customers) or more have passed since your purchase, we cannot offer you a refund or an exchange. You can send your return to:

Upon receipt of the returned item, we will fully examine it and notify you via email, within a reasonable period of time, whether you are entitled to a refund. If you are entitled to a refund a credit will automatically be applied to your original method of payment for the amount that you originally paid, not including postage costs, within 21 days of receiving the parcel.
In the event that we do not receive your returned goods, we will ask you to provide your proof of postage receipt from the Post Office. We reserve the right to refuse a refund if you are unable to provide proof of postage.
2. Exchanges and Refunds
We only exchange goods if they are defective or damaged. In circumstances where you consider that a product is defective, you should promptly contact us at email@example.com
with details of the product and the defect, including photos would also be helpful but not essential. You can send the item you consider defective to:

Refunds (if applicable)
Once your return is received and inspected, we will send you an email to notify you that we have received your returned item. We will also notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund. If you are approved, then your refund will be processed, and a credit will automatically be applied to your credit card or original method of payment, within a certain amount of days.
Late or missing refunds (if applicable)
If you haven’t received a refund yet, first check your bank account again.
Then contact your credit card company, it may take some time before your refund is officially posted. Next contact your bank. There is often some processing time before a refund is posted. If you’ve done all of this and you still have not received your refund yet, please contact us at firstname.lastname@example.org
Please note, ALL return postage must be covered by the buyer, unfortunately we can not offer a returns postage service at this time, apologies. We advise using the Hermes service as this is currently the cheapest starting at only £2.79.
Only regular priced items may be refunded or exchanged. Sale items are non-refundable or exchangeable.
Refunds do not include any shipping and handling charges shown on the packaging slip or invoice. Shipping charges for all returns must be prepaid and insured by you. You are responsible for any loss or damage to products during shipment. We do not guarantee that we will receive your returned item. Shipping and handling charges are not refundable. Any amounts refunded will not include the cost of shipping.
If the item was marked as a gift when purchased and shipped directly to you, you’ll receive a gift credit for the value of your return. Once the returned item is received, a gift certificate will be mailed to you.
If the item wasn’t marked as a gift when purchased, or the gift giver had the order shipped to themselves to give to you later, we will send a refund to the gift giver and he will find out about your return.
